RONNIE HUTCHISON YOGA

I teach yoga influenced by the energy of the seasons.
My classes are carefully sequenced to target a relevant pose or an area of the body with modifications to make the practice accessible to all bodies. There is always a strong focus on the breath and a sprinkling of yoga philosophy woven into each class.
Practiced regularly Yoga improves strength, flexibility and balance and increases mental harmony.
